In the box you will find all the ingredients to cook a vegan version of the dish Fumbwa Na Mwamba (spinach in peanut butter sauce), with Kwanga (cassava bread) as a side dish. To cool down, there is a bottle of beer from an African country. This box takes you from Congo to Ghana to Namibia. Let yourself be surprised and enjoy. Fumbwa, also called Oko or Eru, is a very high protein leafy vegetable and tastes similar to spinach. It grows in Central Africa, where it is mainly eaten. Combined with peanut butter and palm oil, it is a real treat. Kitunga: This is a container that is traditionally used in Congo to go shopping at the market. All purchased groceries are transported home in the kitunga (instead of a bag).
