Fumbwa, also called Oko or Eru, is a very high protein leafy vegetable and tastes similar to spinach.
It grows in Central Africa, where it is mainly eaten. Combined with peanut butter and palm oil, it is a real treat.
Kitunga: This is a container that is traditionally used in Congo to go shopping at the market. All purchased groceries are transported home in the kitunga (instead of a bag).
